Returns and Exchanges Policy and Procedures If for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order you are not satisfied with your purchase and you have not used or worn the product, and the product is not a custom product (such as a player jersey or goal keeper jersey with player name and number added) and you can return the product in its original packaging, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange. Original invoiced shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. Product exchanges are return shipped to customers at our expense via our standard shipping option (U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail). Before doing so, however, please complete the Soccer Planet Store Return Form included with your order's packing slip. You will find instructions there explaining how and where to return your product for exchange or credit. We cannot issue any refunds or authorize any exchanges without a completed Soccer Planet Store Return and Exchange Form included in your return shipment.
